I Want Elegant Handles!

September 4th, 2011

I love my home, and I want it to look as nice as I can. I also know the importance of how the little things in my home can make a big difference. Sometimes, I just think that there are things that are hindering me from loving my home. I guess I was trying to figure out what I hated about my house for the longest time. Everything was themed accordingly, but I just felt like it was missing something. I finally figured out that it was the plain old door handles that were bothering me, and it was time to search for new ones. I have an eccentric style, but I think it is manageable. I know that I can have my house the way that I want it to be without spending a lot of money too! Sometimes, I just have to invest in making my home the way that I want it to be.

Some Times You Just Need to Play It Safe

July 18th, 2011

I recently decided to get myself a biometric gun safe to help me keep my handgun locked up and safe. I don’t hunt much anymore, but I used to have the handgun around for when I went bow hunting for bears. I liked to play it safe, it’s always to good to have big firearm available when you are chasing around with big creatures like that.

Either way, these days I don’t use it much for hunting, but I have decided to keep the handgun as a measure of home safety, and as a result I really want to keep it locked up well. I don’t really need to do much more than that though, it’s probably not going to be used much anymore at this point. I like the whole biometric idea since I should be able to just basically swipe the safe with my fingerprint to get inside of it. That sounds like a pretty handy way to access a safe when needed.
