Food should never be a worry when you go on Mediterranean tours. In most of the tours, the food will be included. However, if you leave for a tour through a city, you might have to get your own lunch there unless you’d like to return to the ship (however, some ships close down everything once their passengers leave the ship). You’ll simply have to read the descriptions of the services very well and then you’ll be well prepared (i.e. You’ll know whether you need to take much money or your credit cards with you). A cruise ship usually has food that is varied and they will offer something to keep everyone happy (i.e. Also vegetarian meals). Unless you are very picky and only like food when it’s cooked by your wife, you should be fine with the food that is offered on such tours. Sometimes, you might even find a new favorite meal!
Seeing Europe for the First Time
I traveled the world when I was just a kid as a member of an elite singing ensemble; I got to go to Russia, China, Australia, Argentina–everywhere, it seemed! But my wife did not have such a chance, and her family’s financial situation did not allow them to take vacations abroad, either. So this year, I began planning and scheming, trying to figure out a way to let my baby see the world. I finally hit upon an idea that would not such a thousand hours of my time away: Europe tour packages.
